Reserve rules definitely need major improvement. I didn’t like it pre contract, can’t even imagine doing it for years current rules. And bypassing isn’t the answer, some of us will have to do it, so it needs to get fixed. I hope the company got over its little power tantrum taking it all away, because it didn’t like the way we played chess. It’s in their financial interest too if reserves can drop, if the grid is “too” green. Also giving people the option to put RAP over days off should be worked on. Just because DAL doesn’t have RAPs assigned until later doesn’t mean NavBlue can’t be programmed to work better with our contract.
