I think the larger April or May bid is the most likely because it fits the best with Nov or Dec effective. The next 18 mos will be pretty crazy. Your points a valid one, I guess we will see how it works out. There is definitely going to be some waste, part of that is our contract, foiling what management would do without those restrictions. Those restrictions create and protect a lot of jobs though.
