Managing shared aircraft, part 91?
Is it possible, and legal, to operate and manage an aircraft that is owned by more than one business, under part 91? Or would this be considered part 135? I've chatted with a couple of business owner/friends recently that have expressed an interest in some sort of alternative to commercial aviation without the high costs associated with full (or even fractional) ownership, and we were kicking around some ideas.
