A lot of the pre planned sports charters are built into pairing for bidding the previous month. Usually only the last minute ones go into open time. If the pairing starts with 0### it is most likely a post bid built charter.
Any trip with a 0### is going to be a scheduling-built (or split) trip whether or not it contains a charter.
