We must fix the problem (pay, scheduling, benies) to attract the talent we want, not scrape the bottom. There is no other option than to make NK desirable to professional airline pilots. My faith is slowly going away that the C suite has the proper grasp on this situation. If NK doesn’t grow, it will go away.
The way they’re selecting talent it seems they’re in a better position than even the pilots think. I’ve heard more being turned down than selected.
