It’s just a much better job. There are things about this place that I definitely don’t like, but this is so much better than what many of us have been through.
This….And on the flip side of the coin, Cal ran a better business and gave the passengers a better product than UAL did. So overall, I think we blended the best of both (legacy Ual pilot culture and legacy cal corporate model). Of course nothing is absolute, and there is lots of room for improvement, but it’s a good marriage overall, IMO.
