Yes, there is always room to make more $$. I turned down an additional 15-20k worth of flying towards the end of the year to have more time off and spend time how I wanted to.
I had your same view when I wasn't in 121 yet. It's VERY easy to get burnt out flying 80+ block month after month in the airline world
