767 all the way if only because of pay. You can bid Amazon flying and stay domestic, but be prepared for a trip away here and there.
The 737 is a more useful type rating if you plan on leaving, and it is entirely domestic. Lot less money, though.
Keep in mind, I'm just me. Don't base any decisions purely off of me or the internet.
