SWA will throw a little bonus money on it. Rates will come up to at or near the top of the industry for narrowbody flying (but not for career compensation). One or two other cosmetic improvements and a few seemingly inconsequential gives on our part. Lots of loopholes will remain and new ones created. SWAPA will tacitly endorse it while claiming they're just impartially communicating to us what's contained in the TA.

Membership will approve it.

You can bet on it. The crap we gave up at Brand X to FUND our raise was disgusting. And those who pointed out these glaring inconsistencies and concessions were run off the forum and labeled malcontents by the union. It seems as though most ALPA pilots these days will vote for a turd if has a quarter or two stuck in it.
