hehe the hat is joke thats for sure but certainly some people leave for a widebody slot. I personally think thats silly but to each his own and frankly those people were never going to stay in the first place and therefore arnt relative to this conversation. Who does matter are the ones who wanted to stay here but the advantages of working for NK are being eroded.
If we dont have anyone coming in then your time on reserve in either seat for however long might be for who knows long, the seniroity list goes stagnant and any contractual nicety relative to QOL is unatainable. Not to mention the company not being able to staff its growth and projected operation which simply just doesnt bring the $$.

Frankly regardless if you understand it or not is irrelevant as this is the problem at the moment at NK. From my impression the same captains who say have 5 years plus here dont see this ship as sinking because in reality they can as you said leave and move on if it does go tits up. What junior seniority people are now looking at is not to get beaten to the curb by their own senior coworkers if that were too happnen.

With a 100million lost in the summer, shoddy IT and seemingly no guidance from mgmt in addressing any of it or frankly seeing any actual positive change yeah. I dont blame someone for leaving or myslef frankly for updating my apps.
