How is that a cheerleader when he is basically telling you to man up and act like the big man you want to be?

People want to be paid top dollar and are scared to leave if the hold time is unacceptable or even call a CP if needed.

Man up, sack up. Stop crying. Its not being a cheerleader, its called using that lump 3' above your butt. I dont get abused because I dont let myself be abused.
