So $68.42 X 97.4 hrs/mo= $6664.11 X 12mos/yr = $79,969.30 per year...

97.4 hrs/mo divided by say 6.5 hrs/day (decent day's flying, right?)= 15 days/mo.

One problem is, unless there's 169 hours of DH or other soft time per year, you go over 1,000 hrs/yr hard time because 97.4 x 12=1169 hrs.

So let's assume there is 169 hrs DH/soft time per year, so 169 divided by 12=14.2 hrs/mo so now you have 97.4 - 14.4 = 83.0 hard time per month.

So you fly 83 hrs a month hard time plus about three DH's from the west coast for 12 months minus I assume some vacation and maybe a sick call or two or three, you worked 180 days for $444 a peice and you got your 80 grand. Did I do that right? I don't know how the OT works or when it starts, those are just straight numbers.

Glad you guys are young!

You are young, aren't you?
