See, I think that might be a factor that drives the nagging voice in the back of my head. I always knew regionals were temporary and stepping stones. I thought lots of people came to ULCC for a long time and maybe to even retire. Since I’ll have to commute to reserve, which sounds like it’s been lengthy lately and the rules really aren’t better than my own reserve rules, and it sounds like lots of people are updating apps (even the guys who’ve been there a while). I think that’s what is perturbing. I’d deal with the first year pay and commuting to reserve if it meant building seniority and tenure. But if everyone is contemplating leaving and longevity is in question, it makes me wonder as well.
