never been a fan of long sleeves myself but given the skin cancer risk have been looking for alternatives, I’ll have to try the sun sleeves.
Agree with you on the uniform side. We need to up our game there.

Try the Adidas sleeves. I tried several different brands, they are a little more expensive, I think $20 a pair, but they fit well and are pretty non-intrusive when you wear them. They wick away sweat too. Very light weight, you hardly know you have them on. The white is a good match for our uniform shirts. Some people will see you in the cockpit with them on, so I try to keep it tuned down. Give them a shot. I like them and use them all the time.
