Sounds like the incentive pay will cost them $150M in the first quarter…on top of the $230M in profit sharing they are paying out (On almost $1B in profits for 2021).
I guess it depends on how much you want to spend in order to prevent flight cancelations. Delta was up near the top of flight cancelations, and Southwest was near the bottom.
