Clearly Delta doesn’t ever want to spend money. Case in point: High turnover in schedulers, who are leaving Delta or moving to better paying positions at Delta. I’d think an experienced and well-compensated scheduler would save the company the equivalent of their salary every week (and a poor or inexperienced one would cost them the same).
Alas, I’m just a pilot…albeit one with a lot of time in my hands sitting at home being paid like I’m working.
