I would have to agree with Spooled. I have been here just over a MONTH and have experienced all of these issues and MORE..

We have a required 48 hour training notification period. 20 hours prior, crew TRAINING, not scheduling, calls me "hey just wanted to let you know about a training even tomorrow"

I firmly asked her (won't say her name, but starts with a J) "What about my 48 hour notification time?" She responded as if she had said it 80 times that DAY "Are you refusing an assignment?" ....::sigh:: "nooooo, I'll be there" If I wasn't a new hire you better believe I would have told her to SHUV it because I ended up losing 3 AWESOME flying days worth about 16 hours... I would already be in upgrade class thanks to that shananagans (LOL I know I didn't spell that right!)

Am I happy? Happier than on Corporate reserve at home 24/7/365 and them calling a day you didn't fly your day OFF.... yeah, I don't think so!
