I went to the similar process last year, I recommend you to reach 1500 hours and apply for the ATP Licence. Start your application using IACRA for your foreign verification letter), then contact your school of preference and enroll into the ATP-CTP course ( you will get a certificate valid por 5 years) , later you will be able to take the ATM-test ( multiengine test for atp) , finally you can fly a seneca or take a type rating for your final checkride .
