Who said anything about NF? Helly-Hansen actually makes a very stylish and uber functional jacket that would be very suitable for our use.

You look plenty stooopid in the tugboat captain outfit (especially those with BMI >35). Then because its freezing rain and drizzle, you dig in your bag to get a jacket that works and will actually protect you from the elements for that walk around. Then you either doof the horse blanket, put on your useful coat. Or put an over sized useful coat over the top of it, not sure what you do, regardless that's a lot of mahcinations. Then come back in and take off the useful piece of clothing, which now you have to eventually re-pack.

Makes no sense oooofffff. Why not just one coat that is actually functional. Not much to ask.
