Once training is done you get to work at regional FO rates for the rest of the year. It’s not like we are UPS that bumps to $190 second year.
The only upside is hopefully upgrade stays relatively low and you can hit the over 200 mark once you upgrade. Then enjoy 72 hours guarantee. I guess you could w*ore yourself out with the x/y but that’s not guaranteed. It’s all a gamble. Leaving, staying, 90 days hoping your family stays healthy. It was getting real thin there for me. Living in base now saves me the 300 on a crashpad and train passes. God forbid you commute that first year.
