If the lead out trip is on the east coast while the lead in trip is on the west coast, with almost 100% certainly they will drop the lead in pairing entirely. Unless there's a PTB turn on the end, which they may leave on your board. Use legalities to your advantage...a PM lead out and and an AM lead in will be very difficult to blend. Phone a friend to borrow a trip to create a 30 in 168 issue...and no that's not cartel activity when you're playing against the House.
