Another rumor overheard is that upgrade requirements are about to be decreased because we are starting to run short on captains and the reserve captains are flying their tail ends off. Of course sometimes I wonder if people in management intentionally discuss this stuff where it can be overheard to see how fast a rumor gets back to them.
