If they want to hire 200 a month and dont, does that mean in 4 months theyre going to say "we want to hire 250" and then so on and so on. Then its a wish list. Is that the company saying, "hey how about we take care of this inflation adjustment and you give us more days at work to fix our self made staffing problem". I think its a LOT of talk and no walk from management. Get it done, or keep your wants and failures to yourself.
No. They haven't hired 200 a month but the last 3 months (january not included) they have hired between 175 and 185....and there is still a wait to get into the sim. I would say they are pretty close to meeting their stated goals. We'll see if they pick up post holidays because hiring during a holiday can be a tricky endeavor.
