No. They haven't hired 200 a month but the last 3 months (january not included) they have hired between 175 and 185....and there is still a wait to get into the sim. I would say they are pretty close to meeting their stated goals. We'll see if they pick up post holidays because hiring during a holiday can be a tricky endeavor.
This snark is directed at the company. So when you needed 120 you hired about 80. When you need 200 you hired 175. I hope when you say you need me for 72 hours a month you understand that ill be there for about 65.
