Lessons are “caught, not taught”. Our kids learn far more from us by quietly watching what we do than what we tell them they should do.
Likewise, our new pilots will learn more by watching how the old hats act, vs what they say.

I wonder how the noobs will remember “ALPA Unity” when they realize that 350 MIGS are abandoned by the union that’s preaching unity while
encouraging them to grab that 3x pay as quickly as they can. I wonder if they’ll conclude that it’s just words, and every man for themselves is
more the reality.
