Grad here and still instructin at DW as you can see. Everyone has listed the +/-'s but one I haven't heard is the lack of connections as a DW instructor. Yes, sometimes alumni are around and we all have a few friends who made it out, but at a busy FBO an instructor is in constant contact with pilots of all backgrounds. At DW we stay isolated in our aviation center and do our own thing, and thats no good. And lets not get to the aging fleet that originally set us apart from other schools, but now with the pipers coming in really makes us look like a mini Riddle. And I heard we had a jet sim???????? All that said, good place to work more +'s than -'s.
