I saw a post a couple days ago that Delta had the younger pilot group and that movement through the seniority list might be slower than the others. Is there any internal communication on what career progression is looking like for a new hire today and where they’d possibly be in 5 years, 10 years, or 15?

I understand the answer might be in another post, I might have skipped it accidentally. Thank you all
