I can’t help much with this data, but imagine it can also depend a lot on domiciles, where relative seniority is really most important. For instance, if one suspects they’d live in New York if they flew for Delta but Denver if they flew for United - seniority would look way better at Delta. However, if they’d be in Atlanta with Delta or Miami with AA - they might prefer AA seniority. If living in BFE either way (and not taking the obvious answer of FedEx), commutes to junior bases then factor in to get a sense of how seniority progression will likely affect you.

Caveat all of that with the fact that bases change over time and seniority lists merge, although less frequently than they used to.
