A few people here and there got lines junior to that, but they had training/ vacation/ carry in pairings that allowed that to happen
Yeah, you're not wrong. Can you cut me a break though that we’re still shaking out the huge Covid/MOAD aberration and it will drive somewhat more junior quite soon? Also, I think the fact that the threshold was set to 78 and that most of the reserves have coverage awards on every single weekend points more to why the lines go so senior than anything else. CR could set a lower threshold, but there would be even worse reserve coverage than there is now. They are rolling thunder in February. They NEED more people!
