Its the same market so no issues jumpseating or non reving to get to ATL. I would however strongly suggest you simply use the pass to book yourself all the way from your origin. If you are traveling alone with the jumpseat option probably fine however if you are bringing someone with you the nonrev gods might strike you down.
Great info. I'll be traveling solo and not checking any bags. So that makes it pretty easy for me to just book the ATL-JNB and give me the option. Thanks.
