I really hope this does not pass, if airlines want to make their decisions and share data that is fine but being placed on a national no fly list should only be the result of (convicted) criminal behavior, not because 1 airline decided to kick you off because you took a few extra seconds to eat your goldfish ( or like my experience were a FA flat out lied about what happened)
