Hang on OTZ…. I got this one:
Well FIRST…. She is in fact herself… a pilot. Now…. Sure… she’s a helicopter pilot… and while that’s not really the same thing as flying… She’s still a pilot. And we all know that if you are a pilot, AND in management… then you are DEFINITELY pro pilot. I mean… look at all the other pilots we have in management.. BT, JL, SD… ALL of our chief pilots….. those guys are so pro pilot, they’re CHIEF pilots. Only thing that would make her more pro pilot would be if she was a lifelong Airline Pilots Assn member like our other management pilots.
Second…. Clearly…. Also a professional. How do we know that? Her title. Chief… Operating… Officer. And, let’s face it…. operationally… things here couldn’t be better. Granted nearly every day on the line is like a loft scenario…. especially in SEA, and sure we got hammered by snow… in the PNW… during ✌🏼winter ✌🏼…. for the third year in a row… and…. Omicron…. But NOBODY could’ve predicted either one of those things!!! Amahright?!!
Solidly professional…. solidly pilot. Pro pilot.
Also, as far as management not being pro employee: Ummm… last time I checked… all of our management are also employees… and, I’ve never seen any group of people that better at self promotion, circling the wagon in the midst of failure and even giving lavish bonuses and Golden parachutes to one another. NOT pro employee?? Please.
