hopefully they learn from history and actually read ALPA merger policy before they submit integration proposals to an arbitration board, unlike what CAL did to their pilots. Some guys still haven’t moved past it, and the merger was 12 years ago.
My belief is that if all pilots are equally pi$$ed, then it’s probably fair.
