All of the good regional pilots that I know went to legacy airlines or to the big cargo jobs. The worst pilots (the ones that couldn't get hired anywhere else are were about to get fired from their regionals) went to Spirit and Frontier.
Those pilots that went to Spirit because of their great contract and benefits are in for a very rude awakening. This is going to get UGLY!
