Only in reference to the merger between Top Gun and Spirit. Top Gun (a company setup solely for the purpose of the merger) will cease to exist. Spirit will survive the merger and exist as a wholly owned subsidiary of Frontier Group Holdings. Frontier itself doesn't go away. It will own Spirit 100%.
