POs for any reason in the best of times are hard not easy to come by. Ask anyone that has tried to SCHEDULE anything and have any certainty that they will have the day off unless they are part of the top 10% seniority that was able to plan something 13 plus months away so you have vacation. You shouldn’t have to live your life this way. Part of it is the job, but a lot off it is the company. Planning instead of whack a mole should be the standard, not the exception. Goes all the way to the top.
