Factor in a new contract that may require more pilots on top of that. We have a long way to go in hiring just to get back to our old size. Then factor in growth.... Hopefully no more global hiccups this decade. Could be great timing for a lot of individuals.
For reference, the seniority list posted in June 2018 was the high point in total number of pilots. That list went to 14719.

From there we drifted down to the 144xx’s for most of 2019. The April 2020 list had us back 14701. 12538 was the post-pandemic low in June 2021.
