The delays were the instructors took off for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Then the class got hit by Covid. (The Covid delays is not controllable). The vacation delays and lack of LCA to do IOE is something they can control. It is not fabricated. No extra sim sessions were needed. (Note that timeframe includes attending ATP/CTP Class too).
