The food is good but after 2 months it does get old. They get creative reusing stuff from previous days… veggies will show up in the next day’s soup offering. Pulled pork and barbecue chicken will show up as a “create your own taco bowl”. You can always opt for the salad bar if you’re feeling a bit tired of the usual offerings. The soft serve machine is dangerous.

Training was by far the easiest program I’ve been through. Literally everything is given to you. I never studied in a group. Studied on occasion with my sim partner. Ask for help if you’re struggling with something and the instructors will bend over backwards to get you the help you need. The MV was a breeze… lining up on the runway, “ok, this will be a V1 cut. Take a second to mentally go over the procedure if you’d like and let me know when you’re ready” or “now we’re going to do a rejected takeoff.”
