They have what’s called a ‘pilot review committee’. After you receive the cjo after the interview, they send your packet, with all your interview answers, to this committee. They meet every 1-2 weeks. They review everything and have the option to send a TBNT. Sorry to hear for your friend; it’s tough to think you have it secure, just to find out otherwise.
