They hire you as an FO and upgrade you w/in a few months. If you are on top of your game in the sim, they might ask you to jump into the left seat and do your type ride then and there. They just want you to be comfortible with the work rules, regs, and airplane.

Hahaha...no...it doesn't have an autopilot. ALL hand flying! Fun airplane!
