RPA is not the lowest, they are in the bottom 4 of all Regionals for First Officer Pay (or the bottom 2 of big jet "E175" carriers). Pay is 46, Air Wisconsin is 38, Sky West is 45, & CommutAir is 39.................ALL OTHER REGIONAL AIRLINES PAY MORE AND MORE BY 4-5 DOLLARS A FLIGHT HOUR MORE.......................................PERIOD THE END.............RPA doesn't start you at year 2 or year 3 pay, so STOP JUMPING to those payscales.....year 2 pay is on par with others, year 3 FO pay is in the middle as well, but you are still short your 4500.00 from year 1, so yes RPA's pay sucks compared to competitors......you can't ever count on bonuses (which we saw when covid hit, they got revoked)............how much money you get in your pay check is Hourly Pay times Monthly Guarantee............. 46 x 75 = 3450 x 12 = 41,400/year.............that is PATHETIC 5.00 per hour shortage times 75 guar = 375/mth shortage or 4,500/year BELOW AVERAGE of it's competitors.................................you never get that 4500.00 back.
