Very few sequences at Envoy even come close to averaging 5 hours a day. That would make a four day worth 20 hours and I’d say less than 15% of four days are worth that much. Average four day is about 16 hours. 16 hours x five sequences of four days gives you 80 hours and eleven days off. Most lines have closer to 74 hours average and 13 days off. You do the math. If you happen to be a keyboard warrior who is good with archaic computer languages and lucky enough to be able to sit at your iPad when the trade period opens, and IF your sequence isn’t considered “critical”, you might be able to trade some of those sequences for something with a little more credit.

Envoy is NOT a major company in any way, shape or form and the contract reflects accordingly.

The contract will not be improved. The company has no desire to improve it. PERIOD
Quoted for truth, everything in the above post can be relied upon. Especially the part about improving the contract - Envoy would rather go to zero pilots and dissolve than give us any meaningful, permanent improvements.
