Truth but I've been in this industry 22 years and have been hearing of a pilot shortage every 6 months. This is the closest we've come so it will take another year or so to see if indeed we are losing applicants.
It seems every carrier I've worked for has been able to staff their operation regardless of what the rumors or hiring departments sell.
