Well, we have both 10+ year FOs and 3 year PICs at NK, and I assume the same for F9. I really don't think it matters in this merger. I assume (ages like milk/wine) we will get something between DOH and RS, no fences, and bids every month, as long as we continue to hire, and with the attrition both of us have we will, so all bypassers will get their chance to go back on reserve if they want to..
