Sorry, I should clairify I am not asking about the FO program. I have about 4500 hrs about 3000 121, all sic though (I was part of the Independence Air expiriment). Curently flying for a pt 135 operator.

I certainly am not going to buy an FO job, but I am interested in the possibility of starting in the left seat. I am in FL, and getting to fly the islands is very appealing, turbine pic dosent hurt either.

If you have the required time (ATP, 4500TT, 3000 ME etc) will they hire directly to the left seat? If so what is the best route to the interview?

Also any info about the day to day life woking there, sched's, pay, etc would be greatly appriciated.
