Well I had never heard the thing the reviewer mentioned about delta. So I would just ask them about each airline. In my mind it was always best to submit an app as soon as I met mins then update and apply every chance I got to show interest. But like I said, never heard about that delta thing you mentioned.

if someone with less than 1000 hours turbine/121 time is getting interviews. Seems like you should submit as soon as you meet the mins.
