Unless someone really wants to teach, I don’t think that most will consider the hourly override to be worth what the job requires, especially while we hire at max capacity. Once they fill your schedule with students you lose the ability to trade for better trips, drop trips, move days around, etc. Picking up a 1 or 2 day trip will pay as much as a full month of LCA override with a lot less work.
