In theory, you could do all of your trips in row, but probably not until you get enough seniority to have a broader selection of trips. As a NH lineholder, you are basically dealing with the leftovers, forcing PBS into one workblock at that point would probably fail in the actual run.

One workblock might be much for many people. I usually do two or three. After 6 or 8 days in a row, I’m usually pretty spent, but it does afford less commuting and longer time at home.
