They went real hard in the paint about sick calls. SC saying to expect to need a Dr note if you call out over a holiday (that's been done before, not hugely shocking) and weekends (that is more shocking). He used the phrase -going to be aggressive with sick calls-. Take that as you will. Someone asked if we were on par with other carriers and their sick calls, and he wouldn't answer. Personally, it sounded like we were. During the big spike in calls during omicron - a lot, if not most were actually positive tests, but we still have to control sick calls- Seems awful tone deaf to me. FOs call out sick on the weekend more often.

Hiring. Said the 10 in last class was due to back end problems, whatever that is. They are going for 40 plus for foreseeable future.

PHX is still on. Don't know who was talking but said -more point to point as we grow- So maybe get some longer trips?

Upgrades. BL basically said that they aren't upgrading because of attrition. Hopeful for April upgrades, but you know how that goes. Block hours have been pulled down. I didn't catch the length of time, but just they have been brought down.

New hire hotels, nothing official.
Not upgrading because of attrition… well that will just drive more what? If you guessed attrition you might be on to something
